Owner is a real tool. I called for an appt 12 days ago, got a text back with links to click on, I didn't click on any links because they did not apply to my request. so the owner just asked for my name address and email. I supplied those. 12 days later no confirmation, no appt, so I went with a better and more responsive company. They came out very quickly and fixed the job in 15 minutes.
