Our company outsources maintenance requests to the maintenance company, and I called their office yesterday at approximately 3:30 PM Eastern Time to coordinate scheduling for our carpet repair. Unfortunately I did not have the direct line for the appropriate department, so I contacted the operator and selected option 3.
