This review is based on my personal experience with Suzanne Staples at The Maine DBT Center. I cannot speak to every clinician at the practice, and I do not believe the other clinicians necessarily know the full truth of what happened in my treatment. The DBT Center in Maine has been an incredible place of learning for me. Barbara Rachel is a wonderful director and has taught me so many ways to improve myself and how I do life. I met a couple other of the therapist there also and being a therapist myself I have to say that I was so impressed with this team. They consistently deliver skills and a message that work and will improve your quality of life.
