The DBT Center in Maine has been an incredible place of learning for me. Barbara Rachel is a wonderful director and has taught me so many ways to improve myself and how I do life. I met a couple other of the therapist there also and being a therapist myself I have to say that I was so impressed with this team. They consistently deliver skills and a message that work and will improve your quality of life.
