Use this smaller local business! I would never consider myself lucky to break down on a on a trip from Missouri to Florida, but on a late Sunday night my pontoon boat trailer bearing failed at a gas station in Bono AR. The lucky part was that this happened Close to Bono Auto. I tried to replace the bearings in the parking lot but the damage was extensive requiring a new axle shaft. Wonderful! These guys really know there stuff, it makes purchasing parts less stressful. There prices are competitive and the service is phenomenal.
I have been going to Sal's Auto for a number of years. They have always treated me very well. All the work they have performed has held up well and the work was reasonably priced. They do not tryntomupsell me on services I don't need, while at the same time they will make sure I am aware of any upcoming maintenance that may be required.
Every time I go its a pleasant experience with advice and tips. The prices are competitive and usually lower than any of the other parts stores.
They made an appointment that would allow me to get the work done in the morning and still make it to work on time. I was also satisfied with the quality of their work. I have been there several times, and will go back.
I had my car damaged in Hurricane Irma. These guys not only got me a rental car, but repaired my car in the time frame they promised. They were so nice and well informed. Dave explained everything the insurance company doing and needed. I was so happy for the explanation. Thank you. I will definitely recommend them to all my gal pals.
Had my Silverado truck in for exhaust manifold leak, found two broken bolt in rear of manifold. The exhaust manifold was removed and the broken studs drilled out.. Installed new gasket and new bolts. The price came in as quoted. I am pleased with the work and the price was fair. Thank you Shawn for a job well done. Ed
