Terrible company. Fell 1 1/2 year ago and still can’t get then to pay bills. Have pics and statements showing liability but the still deny. Third adjuster. I’m 68 years old and they have lied, recorded without permission, attempted to get medical records with a cancelled medical authorization. They are bullies. Won’t answer questions. Third adjuster refused to let me record her. Loses bills. Said phone times to get my medical information is too long for them to wait. They are deceitful bullies!
