Me and my family went to the Main Scoop after eating dinner, and we got ice cream. After we bought ice cream, the person working there explained about all the events that the Main Scoop caters for, and all of the most popular flavors. Just because of the customer service, it earns a five star.
Things have changed! We've been coming here for years with our grandsons and have always had a good time. Yesterday a new woman was working there and it was not a good experience. Very small $5 scoops and really not the usually smiles and interaction we're used to. If this was our first visit, it would be our last.
Smallest scoops of ice cream I’ve ever gotten for $12. Tested good, but probably will not come back.
We hired The Main Scoop to bring an ice cream cart to our wedding on August 30, 2025. They were very easy to work with! They were very responsive and showed up on time. The ice cream was delicious and our guests loved it! They were the perfect addition to our big day!
