I came here to get my fingerprints done and Myra was very helpful she was gently moving my hands to scan all 10 fingers. The process was very quick overall maybe 5 minutes in and out the door. I had to bring one form of identification which for me was my passport. They had what looked like PO Boxes, packing peanuts, boxes, cards for sale, and a few seats to wait in. They told my elderly relative that her fingerprints were not showing because of her age, first of all rude, second fingerprints do not disappear with age
