I once saw a bad review for The Mailer Box, and I ignored it because all the others were good. I said "that won't happen to me". Never will make that mistake again with a company. I had over 100 emails going back and forth with Anna. And wasted every minute of my time. The customer service started out strong. Once my boxes were late, I emailed Anna to figure out what was going on. Turns out- they weren't going to arrive on time for our company event. They hadn't even left the shipping facility.
