When I encountered an issue with the mail shop and called to resolve it, the owner Bruno was unkind, unhelpful, defensive, and berating. It's unfortunate that the customer service at The Mail Shop isn't better as I prefer to support local businesses. It was so difficult speaking with the owner that I ended up going to a different place to complete what I needed to get done.
