I would not recommend use of the Maids of Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Overall their customer service has suffered a great deal over the past year. They have HIGH turnover and the quality of their cleans is not consistent. I stopped using this company recently due to their horrendous customer service and rude staff and my entire family agrees the quality of the cleans has fell off tremendously. Keep looking!
I have been using this service for several years and I have always been pleased. I can depend on them to arrive within the given time frame so I can schedule my day around them. A team of four hard workers arrives and each employee is friendly and polite. They bring all of their own cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner. They change the vacuum bag between each job and use fresh supplies on each job. They are trustworthy and I have no reservations about leaving them in my home.
