We've been using The MAIDS for the past 11 years and have been very happy with their service. The company is very reliable and easy to reach with questions and concerns. We receive a check-in text message a few days before our clean, and a follow-up text to ask for our feedback about the service given. We use the Red Team, a group of four cleaners who arrive promptly and do a much better job cleaning our house than I ever did.
