Emmaculate clean. Kind and accommodating staff. Matt was able to work with our busy schedule.
Edit: No feelings have been hurt. I have all emails and texts that I have responded to with no response back as proof. I had reached out for a quote, was given one and now I keep getting messages like I had never received one and when I reach back out, I receive no response back. Very disappointed.
Matt and Gabby’s team have truly lessened the load for me and my house truly smells, looks and feels clean when they leave. I am thankful for them and excited to continue using their services.
We have used The Maids for a move out clean, which was immaculate. Have since started the bi-weekly clean. Our house looks amazing and is thoroughly cleaned when the ladies leave. Whenever I have needed customer service, Matt does a great job responding quickly. I highly recommend!
Matt & Gabby’s team were excellent. My first impression was the professionalism and friendliness. Matt contacted me back within an hour of reaching out to him. Gabby was very friendly upon arrival and walked me through their cleaning process. I was very pleased with the quality of clean. Especially bathrooms and showers. I would hire them for future cleanings.
