Our experience with The Maids was the most awful and unpleasant one that my wife and I have ever had with a business. The quality of cleaning ranged from mediocre to poor; and beware of the individual who runs the business ( JOE ). During a phone conversation with my wife he was unnecessarily rude, using abusive language and then hanging up on her. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!
