Only poor review because they won't service the town right next to them. My home is 4 miles from their West Chicago location but they refused to service.
They do a great job and are easy to communicate with if I need to make last minutes changes on when they'll come or what they'll clean. Highly recommended.
The Maids came to my home to complete a deep clean after we moved in. We had tons of dust from construction and with a new baby at home it was just too much! The crew couldn't have been more kind and was very understanding of me moving from room to room with the baby. They were even kind enough to check to see if they were disturbing the baby. Professional, punctual, thorough, and pleasant do deal with. The Maids are the complete package. They're in and out without disrupting your household - they just clean it. I would highly recommend The Maids.
Mike and his team are the best! Four uniformed professionals showed up to our home and did an amazing job. You can tell Mike really cares about his customers and takes the time to train his team well - they even gave me a copy of their insurance certificate upfront! We know The Maids was the right choice for us and are very happy with their service.
