I hired these people to come in and help me clean my house. I explained it needed a deep cleaning because it had just gotten away from me due to illness and surgeries. One girl wouldn’t even come in. This is totally unprofessional especially when I explained my situation and told them I needed help. For $150 an hour plus tax you would think they’d want to help. Now I have no idea where to turn. What do the do…only clean clean homes???

AVOID! We moved into a rental that had years of filth in the kitchen. FIVE cleaners came into my house with specific instructions to scrub the kitchen clean. I wish I could post before and after pictures because.. they’re pretty much the same pictures. I was told after they ‘cleaned’ the oven door that it was ‘the best we could do’. Well I just scrubbed it clean with elbow grease. They came with a whole bunch of supplies, but they forgot the elbow grease.
