I called to get a quote for a one time deep cleaning of my kitchen (stove, refrigerator, interior cabinets etc.) and was told that, that would not be enough work for their 4 workers to do. They only send out a crew of 4 who all have different tasks to clean a whole house. If you're looking for a one or two room job this is not the right service for you.
I am disappointed! After making the decision to hire The Maids, I have had my house cleaned four times. The initial cleaning resulted in me calling them to have someone (Monica) come back and clean areas that were missed. Everyone was really nice about it, and the problems were addressed so we hired them to clean twice a month. We agreed upon a price after the initial visit. Complete cleaning!
For 5 years Lafayette's Team 1 has arrived every Monday morning to mop and dust my home. Nearly 280 cleanings led by Monica Sapp and always performed properly! The young women are always pleasant and industrious. Jamie in the Baton Rouge office will call me from time to time to follow-up, and has never received a complaint from me. Thank you to Team 1 for an outstanding record!
