My son recently developed some strong allergies. The Maids has been essential in helping us return to a normal life at home without concern for my son's health condition. It was a much deeper clean than we expected and gave us peace of mind. Will definitely be using them again!
Nancy Wang is not a good person. She is the GM of The Maids of Murrieta. They sent a cleaning lady to my 85-year-old mother's house for a good cleaning. Accidents happen and we are very understanding, but the cleaning lady dumped bleach on my mother's carpet in her bathroom. Nancy even came to her house and confirmed the bleaching and took responsibility so we thought. But since then she has denied responsibility, ignored phone calls, and will not work with my mom. The owner "Ken" is unprofessional!!! I am an Iraqi Freedom Veteran. I do not ask for handouts, nor do I expect charity. I asked his company to clean my house. He gave me a price reduction. Not a very good one! Last week they were over an hour late and never showed up. This week they did such a horrible job, that I called to complain. This is what the owner "Ken" tells me. The maids came here and were here for an hour and forty minutes....when they left nothing looked like it had been touched except some things were wiped down...stairs weren't vaccummed, floors weren't cleaned, one room in the basement wasn't touched at all. The bathroom tiles are still dirty. I called and complained so they came back and spent another 30 minutes here and still things aren't done.
Don't use Wonder Maids. Scheduling issues galore. Then, when a maid broke a ceiling fixture, they DROPPED me as a client, because I expected them to pay for it!
I would not recommend use of the Maids of Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Overall their customer service has suffered a great deal over the past year. They have HIGH turnover and the quality of their cleans is not consistent. I stopped using this company recently due to their horrendous customer service and rude staff and my entire family agrees the quality of the cleans has fell off tremendously. Keep looking!
