I have used this service for two years. They do a wonderful job. I would hate to lose them.
TLDR: I was overcharged by about 2x the quoted rate by this business and they missed quite a few items that I had to clean myself. Read on for details. DO NOT hire this company unless you get everything in writing, and do NOT put your credit card on file. I had them come clean our brand new home, as cleaning and moving just isnt fun at all. We had the maids come out to do a one time deep clean on our house. Our house is picked up and surface cleaned every day as it’s just my husband and I who live here. They came out and I’m not sure they even touched our bathrooms even asking in the very beginning are there any hotspots, and I just said just focus on the bathrooms. Our master bath all tile shower was not even touched. They did awful, then the owner Chris was very great handled it like a responsible owner should, and offered to come back to clean it at no charg... read more
