This was the second time that we utilized this particular franchisee. The first time didn't go very smoothly but the job was done satifactory. This time, they came to the appointment but due to a lack of understanding/comprehention on their part they couldn't figure out how to open the lock box. They rescheduled a week later and again had difficulty but did finally get in. The cleaning service was not done to what I have come to know as The Maids standards. Exelent service,affordable prices, I recommend. this is a mix Spanish girl are the job, on team , I will keeping used, this company 4 ever.

Stay away. Do not use. Did a bad job and overcharged me. I spoke to the lady at the office about a amount and they still over charged me. Later I tried calling, left messages. I had to get the credit card company involved because no one would return my calls.

Yes, wrong phone number & franchise yet still you're using the same pictures as "The Maids" home office at 6917 Vista Pkwy, WPB, FL 33411. If you're affiliated with them, they need help & training & a new owner! FYI
