Where to begin… This is the most unethical business owner I’ve ever met. Regardless of what they say, they do NOT do background checks on their staff. I worked there for a full two weeks before they had me fill out new hire paperwork, I guess that was my first red flag. Prior to filling out that paperwork, they had NO information about me, not even my address, because I hadn’t even filled out an application for employment much less given my social for a background check. RecommendedWe have used their service for many years, probably more than ten. They do an excellent job of cleaning and of customer service. I would not think of using anyone else! Recently, I left our house before they arrived. I did not shut and lock our back door properly and a big gust of wind blew it open. That allowed our 12 year old dog to escape into the yard. never had a worse experience with a job than with them they may care about their customers but they care nothing about their employees. hard-working girls that deserve so much better than what they're getting. a group hard-working African American women just trying to make ends meet. This organization is awesome. I had my first cleaning this week and I am very satisfied. They treated my house and my pets with respect. The cleaning was great. I came home to a very clean house and everything in the same place I left it. I cannot wait until my next cleaning. VERY pleased with them.
This group has always shown up on time and paid attention to details. If there was something we did not like, they returned and made sure we were satisfied.

My husband gave me the "gift" of The Maids as a Christmas present in 2006, and they have been cleaning our home twice a month ever since. The Maids team always do an awesome job, and I feel totally comfortable having them in my house while I am at work. It's such a treat to come home from the office to a sparkling clean house that smells good.
