on floor, shower door not scrubbed, floor of master bath not swept, shelves not dusted, items on shelves not dusted, etc. I had scheduled a two hour session several days later just prior to open house. They had no response to problems with initial cleaning and charged me for second cleaning despite my canceling the service. They did not offer to complete initial service. I was also threatened with legal action if I left this review.
