I was quoted $199/hr for 2hrs with 3 maids cleaning on a Saturday afternoon. On Thursday, I got a text confirmation that I had a booking on Friday. I called and said, Friday would not work. I was pressured to change my appointment to Friday, but I held firm to Saturday. Then on Saturday, only 2 maids arrived and at the end of the job they told me the charge was $260/hr because there were only 2 of them. I did not have written proof of the quote so I got ripped off. Will not use this service again. Horrible business practice.
The women that showed up did a great job but the scheduling was iffy at best with poor communication. After the service was done felt under the gun to pay and was told by person on phone that they won't leave until after payment went through. They need to work on customer service skills and communication that would've given them 5 stars
Yep don’t go to these guys for cleaning. 1. They told me $179 for one and a half hour of cleaning for 9:30 am 2. They ended up coming at 1:05 even after multiple confirmations 3. Told me the charge was $275 upon arrival but thankfully I had written proof 4. So then they back tracked the hours to only 45 min and refused to do the full time 5. Did a mediocre job and I had to constantly watch over them and tell them to scrub the floors multiple times. Don’t get these guys, lesson learned
