We used them both in Silvis and Bettendorf. We found worthing with Alan the owner was the right mix of wanting to tailor the cleaning to your needs but also someone professional when something goes wrong. He works to reschedule or cancels if requested in advance and takes feedback forms to get some area more. We've found that the team cleans the same time very regularly and we only had 1 time in 5 years that enough of the cleaners got sick that he had to request a cleaning delay. please never interview here! extremely unprofessional! the interviewer, who is the owner of the company, will tell you he has concerns about your “small stature” when it comes to the backpack required to clean, even though he exclusively hires women! that doesn’t make much sense! also super weird to comment on a female interviewees body! he will also keep you for an ENTIRE HOUR ranting about himself. Everything smelt like vinegar. Caught someone using a dirty rag to wipe something down. One was on her phone the whole time. I will not be using this service ever again. I do not recommend.
