No stars - the man who answered was very rude. Told me they are fully booked until August (it is July 17th). I said that is fine - I was hoping to give info and he told me call back and hung up on me. Super un -professional. Not sure who is running the show there but they may want to work on social etiquette. Amateurs.
They're great! Very thorough and professional. Never disappointed!
New to the area and needed a timely clean-up in our new home. The group of girls that showed up were friendly and efficient, cutting our move in time by a significant amount. They were helpful in offering to move various construction buckets and cleaning in and around the area. Given the amount of work there was and the timeline we had available, the service was excellent and I would absolutely have them back for periodic deep-cleans.
We had used the maids to clean our home twice a month. The work was inconsistent at best; depending on what "team" was available on a particular day. However, just recently, one of their employees stole $15 in cash that was left out in a glass jar during an unsupervised cleaning. This was money that my kids had just received in the mail from the Grandparents for a holiday card. Classy move Maids..
