William would never respond in a timely manner. He’s not a professional who takes his job, clients, or other industry partners seriously. He went MIA after a contract was a signed. He was late to every occasion that he was needed. I would not recommend working with him.
I am very disappointed and would provide no stars for this realtor if I was able. After contacting William directly about one of his personal listings and asking a few questions, I was told that I would be emailed the covenants for the neighborhood and contact information for the HOA. I was also promised the answers to a few questions about the property from the owners. William did a great job on helping us both buy a new home and sell our existing home. He came highly recommended from a family member for whom he had helped sell two other homes, and I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
