The Magellan and the team running it is next level. I leased at the Magellan for a year on a work assignment, and couldn't be happier with my experience. The entire leasing team were awesome to work with, and they run a tight ship...residents are lovely, respectful, and quiet, and maintenance on the property is everything I hoped for. I'll really miss living here.
I lived at a Magellan property and overall had a very positive experience. The building is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, which made day-to-day living comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities were a big plus, rooftop is amazing and everything was kept in great condition. What stood out most to me was the professionalism of the management team. They were responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about residents, which makes a huge difference!
Everything about the Magellan is top notch. When looking for a nice apartment, I kissed a lot of frogs but feel fortunate to find it. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The materials and finishes in the apartments are lovely. The gym, rooftop, and other amenities are well considered...even the garage. And the management team is always responsive to any need, including maintenance. Living is definitely easier here!
Port Chester’s newest apartment gem! From the service to the amenities to the proximity that this town has to offer, what’s not to love? From the moment I toured here it has been nothing but exceeding expectations which has me proud to being a founding resident.
The Magellan, high quality building for those seeking a great quality of living close to restaurants, outdoor activities, great sunsets from the rooftop. Definitely come check it out and give it a try
