Ian has been the best realtor we’ve ever worked with, he grew up in the area and knows the market so well. If you need help with a real estate transaction in Los Alamos, I cannot recommend anyone else. Ian helped us sell our house in Los Alamos in the spring of 2022 as we were in the middle of opening a restaurant and purchasing a house in Santa Fe. Time was the main factor for us - more so than staging the house and increasing the property value further, which would have delayed the sale of the house. We bought our home with Ian more than 11 years ago and when it came time to sell our home recently, we chose to go with Ian again. His experience and understanding of the unique market in Los Alamos makes him an invaluable asset as an agent.
