The ladies at Rosenbaum Realty are sweet, but the apartments themselves are pretty bad. I toured two and both had roaches. The one-bedroom that I toured had carpet and the carpet was seemingly vacuumed, but there were dead roaches on the edges and in the corners, as well as other pieces of missed garbage. For both restrooms, the sink's cabinet had dead roaches in them and the piping wasn't sealed off with any sort of cover, allowing easy access for pests. I went to check out 2 of there units for rent and was very disappointed.I saw roach traps in the kitchen and a foul oder in both rooms and the lady there tells me that it's normal when no one lives there.I am sorry but when I looked at other apartments for rent they don't have traps on the floor especially roach traps and a foul oder. They had the refrigerator pulled out by the front door I guess they were probably cleaning it.I decided after I saw that I will look elsewhere.The lady was real nice but its a old place and the... read more
Absolutely is the best place to live the owner. Nick is awesome. Very friendly with everyone. Awesome community. I love it here. I’m never gonna move at all. I love this place. Highly recommend these apartments. I don’t know what happened to my other review, but I had to redo my review I love living here at the Madrid apartments. Best apartment complex you could ever find it’s awesome here. I love it here Very, very quiet community everyone that lives here is very friendly I’ve lived here for many many years Thank you, Nick
It used to be pretty good but since the property management company took over they just want your money. Now I listen to dogs bark all day, the circut breaker keeps tripping and they refuse to take a look, the grounds need to be picked up, and the lighting could be improved. It's all utilities included and the A/C works. Solid neighborhood with plenty of dining options.
