Worst customer service ever and will not go back. Paying four months in advance for a specific room and were told sorry when we showed up it's not available. Charged the same price.

Just about the only criticism I could have of this place is that the rooms need a small fridge. The luxurious shag carpeting, the beautifully detailed bathroom with a powerful shower, comfortable bed, the incredible design of the restaurant and lobby, it all added up to a really different lodging experience. It can get expensive, but again the uniqueness of the surroundings and amenities make it totally worth it.
