This is the absolute best hotel i have ever stayed at . Every employee was so nice and helpful . They spoil you for sure.
My child and I love staying here for a short staycation. The hotel is super comfortable and welcoming and the pool and sauna area is great. We also love the games that are available to play- ping pong and fooz ball! The hotel is in a great location, right on the capitol, and the staff are incredibly kind. A special thanks to Brian for driving us to the bus stop on a very cold afternoon!
The room was fine but the TV in the room was horribly outdated. No netflix available. Also we could rent some entertainment from the tv and that feature didn't work. Kept declining our request to watch certain videos but still charged us. Like for the price we paid for the room, we we're hoping we would have top notch everything. Despite being on the 11th floor we could hear much of the commotion from outside. We wondered if the room was worth the price we paid.
