I'm not big on posting reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. Kendra is hands down the greatest leasing person i've ever had! She made touring, applying, getting everything together I needed, and moving in so easy. The few small problems i've had she has always been incredibly responsive and got things figured out for me! Love my place! Neighboors are clean and respectful, 10/10 apartment!
This place is a complete nightmare to live in. Anyone with asthma, allergies, or sinus issues should stay far away. The marijuana smell constantly travels through the units and gets trapped in clothing, furniture, and the entire apartment. Residents have complained repeatedly, but management appears to do little or nothing to actually solve the problem. Have lived here for over a year and the office has not taken any concerns seriously. We have put in several work orders and emailed about pests and they’re always rude when there’s an issue. Kinda neighborhood that looks okay on the outside but the management definitely doesn’t care about the actual residents.
2 weeks later and I still have not received my $250 admin fee. So unacceptable. Apartment hunting is already stressful and very expensive. Then you have some apartment complexes that hold that $250 admin for 2 weeks plus. So inconsiderate and discouraging. If I insufficient income how can I afford yall to hold on to $250?? The math ain’t mathing!
