why are the damn landscapers here til 9 o'clock at night? This is ridiculous. I never lived in an apartment complex where they here this late. I will be contacting corporate office and local code enforcement office.
I have lived here for almost 6 years & honestly the office team & maintenance team currently with the property are the best this complex has ever had. We used to have extreme issues of neglect when it came to the units especially repairs. My last two requests were completed DAY OF. Amazing if you ask me considering old property management that used to work here. Lindale is hands down the best repair man they have. Really enjoying living at Madison at Adams Farm. The property stays clean, maintenance is quick, and the office team actually responds when you need something. Solid location, good vibes, and well run overall. Definitely recommend.
