These are fancy and over priced I'm sure
I can't believe it's been a month since we moved in, and they still haven't give us the washing machine. On our first day, they told us it would arrive next week, but we've already been waiting a month. During that time, we've contacted the office numerous times, but the responses have been incredibly perfunctory, like "I don't know" or "Sorry, we're not sure." Ultimately, they've been constantly passing the buck and refusing to help us resolve the issue. I'm not sure their office is truly helpful.
