This has been the worst place ever to live and all they care about is you paying g them on time. They have 2 pools only 1 is open and that's the small one, air doesn't work in the gym. Entryway and hallways be disgusting, never swept. The floors in the apartments are very uneven but they will show you a model that looks absolutely fabulous and that is not what you move into. We had have some issues with the maintenance of our apartment. Ramon and Miranda helped us with all the process. If you are interested in moving in, I highly recommend to look for Ramon, he is very kind and always willing to help. He has been very supportive and patient with us.
First, it's important to acknowledge had I posted this review several years ago when I moved in, it would have been completely positive. However, after being here 6 years, I now feel compelled to advise anyone against moving here. The trend is a community in degrade. First, it is now July 8 and the community pool is not open. We started the application process and selected an apartment to reserve six weeks before our intended move-in date, believing we were giving ourselves more than enough time. After being approved and receiving a welcome letter, we had every reason to believe everything was moving forward as expected. More deserving of 0 stars, what an abysmal undertaking to attempt to rent here. After being approved and receiving a welcome letter, I received an email stating my paystubs had not been received. How, a mere 3 weeks before we move, and after receiving confirmation it was received and a welcome letter was sent. I resent, received the approval again, and then asked for the lease to review before signatures. And then asked again, and again, and again.
