I have to give this a five star. I needed a place back in February 2018 and Greg Meager was able to accommodate me ASAP. The place was clean and soon after my move in I received a new stove. I since moved on to Greenville, NC and now I'm in Denver. I will never forget how much living here helped me in a pinch. I miss Spokane, but recommend this place! P.S., when I was there it had a nice coffee shop on the ground floor and living downtown Spokane was great!
I would like to give a 5 star review for Ivy with the new Madison Apartments complex. I have a new job in Spokane and my start day is this Monday and this girl made it possible for me to move in this Saturday even though she had other plans, she went out of her way to make arrangements so that I could move in when I needed to. I wish I could give her even more than 5 stars and I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for something super cute, but still very affordable AND it’s downtown and near some super ... read more
