I moved out a few months ago and it was a very smooth process. Erika in the front office is amazing. Very welcoming and never has a problem answering questions. I was charged the bare minimum on move out and they even knocked off a few charges. Safe community as well. Only issue is how much they raise the rent upon lease expiration which led to me buying a house instead.
Lived here for 2 years while we hunted for a house. From moving in, to maintenance, and moving out after finding a home, the onsite management and maintenance folks have done so much to make this an excellent renting experience for me; top stars for Erika in the office and Brad in maintenance. Would highly recommend.
MILITARY BEWARE while the apartments themselves are quite nice, this company will milk you for every dime you have upon move out. I was charged over $1,100 for damages and cleaning at move out. Even though I paid a professional cleaning company to clean, they still charged me the full amount for a move out clean with their contractors. Even though the place was SPOTLESS when we moved out. I moved to this complex due to continuous water leaks in my old apartment complex. First day I came in Erika greeted me with a smile she stated “ I don’t have my morning coffee yet (jokingly)She continued to smile and we both laughed. I replied “me neither”and laughed . We toured the complex and I signed my lease within the next few days and we absolutely love this place! The community, the amenities, security cameras and the gates . We have been living at The Madison for about a month and have no complaints. Erika was so helpful during the application process and after the application was approved as well. The community is very quiet and everyone seem nice. The apartments are nice and well maintained, the price is very affordable for the area. We are near main stores like Walmart and Cotsco. So far it’s been great and I am glad we were able to sign our lease and make this our new home!
