Extremely Disappointed with Grand Peaks and The Madison (Charlotte, NC) I rarely leave reviews, but after months of unresolved issues and complete lack of communication, I feel compelled to share my experience. NOT SAFE. I have lived here two years. I have had 3 packages stolen, property stolen off my porch, and my truck vandalized with anti-LGBTQ hate. They have ZERO SECURITY. There are no cameras, no guards, no alarms. The gate is broken standing open around 6 months out of the year. It is currently broken open on 2-24-2025 and has been since December. Please avoid this apartment. The staff is constantly changing. I have been billed for damages and charges and nobody will explain to me my move out invoice. There is no manager available. They are asking residents and ex residents to reach out to peakcares. They are not helpful. They put your bill into collections and do not email you or send it to your new address. If you like to live with ROACHES this is the place to be. Exterminator came out several times n didn't help much. I put out sticky roach traps n they were full. I have pictures to prove this. I used sprays . I'm handicapped n carried Raid in my scooter basket at all times. They have no access for the handicapped. Couldn't use dod Park because of stairs. Another factor is that I have already filed a lawsuit against the property and it's workers who are in the theft ring of stealing their own renters vehicle in the middle of the we we hours of the morning I have to say that I'm impressed with the fact that you have no mention of parking tags or anything like that is in the lease for which you have to present to the judge in the criminal civil case of charges brought against the entire property

agoNEW *****BEWARE, PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING IN*******!!!!!! I have been living here for 12 months. Upon moving in, there was a strong old hotel smell in the unit I’m in. We figured it’s a old unit and didn’t see any concerns for mold or anything.
