I have lived in the Maddox at City Crossing for 3yrs now, and I must say the management/maintenance team is top tier! I have lived in other “luxury” apartments in the New Haven area and nothing compares to City Crossing. The maintenance team is amazing! Luis did a great job doing maintenance and come to our unit solve the issue as soon as I submitted the request online! We spend a great time here for their fast responding speed and mature work!
I had an extremely unpleasant experience living in this apartment. The building was poorly constructed, with thin walls, floors, and ceilings, that allowed every step from upstairs and every word from downstairs to be heard. If you have a noisy neighbor, like I did, you will never have a moment of peace or privacy. Despite my complaints to management, they were unable to address the issue.
