I've been coming here for two years at this point. The staff is kind and courteous, and it has a nice atmosphere!
I joined The Madison Family Fitness in West Columbia 8 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. The classes are high-energy, fun, and always leave me feeling accomplished. The trainers truly care about you and your goals, offering real support and motivation every step of the way. This place has become more than a gym—it feels like home, and the friendships I’ve made here are like family.
I was (I guess still am) a member of this gym. Their classes and facilities are fine. The problem is I contacted the gym in January to cancel my membership, they said my last payment would be in March. It is now May and it is still drafting out of my account. I have contacted the gym many times, via text, phone, email and facebook messenger to no avail. I just want my card to stop being charged and I want a refund for the 2 months.
A very solid gym, Much better than the previous gyms I went to. The staff is very caring of me And I am treated like family at this gym I am treated much better compared to the circus of a gym that is empire barbell
