The food and tea was good. The place was really pretty and definitely set a certain tone. I thought that for the expensive price tag, there would be a main course but it was not included with the experience. You had to pay for it. This is the second tea experience I’ve been to and for the amount of stuff you get and service provided… it’s not unique or better… it’s just more expensive. If it’s your first time, you will enjoy it. If it’s not your first tea experience, you will not leave satisfied.
The Mad Hatter is a majestic, beautiful, tea house to visit. The staff was friendly, greeting you with warmth and lovely smiles. I fell in love with the enchanting fairy, princess, and Alice in Wonderland décor—it felt like stepping into a storybook ! 🫖🦋👑🐇 Our 5 star kind hearted server, Katie, was absolutely the sweetest and made us feel so special. Sequoia took good care of us at the Mad Hatter House. It was busy with 8 people at one table, 3 at my own table, And a array of 4 tables with 2 to 4 people. Our server was responsible for 3 tables. Each server helped each other out. They worked beautifully together. The salad was very fresh with different healthy greens, cherry tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and homemade ranch sauce.
