Macon Realty has truly been a life saver during my apartment search in NYC. Not only do they have the most beautiful, rent stabilized units available in this market, they are lovely to work with. Everyone is warm, inviting and extremely helpful and communication is easy. I couldn't be happier to rent from them.

I had been so stressed about apartment hunting but I really lucked out when I found Macon Realty! Earl was so helpful throughout the application process and everyone in the office is so warm and kind. Working with them was approachable and not harried like NYC real estate often can be. Macon Realty (Derrick) was the agent for the apartment I rented. In this crazy rental market he was so helpful, responsive, and professional. He knows the area well, and has a great relationship with the landlord. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a place, or looking for a property manager.
