Both Manfredi and I were very happy for the wonderful assistance provided by our broker Danny Sager. It turned out to be, not by his doing, a complicated tale due to a very inefficient co-op managing agency. Danny walked us through the ups and downs of the process with great competence and words of reassurance. The process took a long time and it probably would have never succeeded had it not been for Danny's hard work.
