Amazing customer service. I had a hard drive failure and was freaking about retrieving my data, especially my company books. The Genius Bar at Flatiron recommended Mac Shack. They kept me advised of the progress, got all my data back and installed a new hard drive quickly and fairly priced. Definitely would recommend this place.
They were super quick and helpful! Checked the problem out and solved it with me in the store. Definitely would go back.
The guys there were helpful, nice, and never rolled their eyes at my ignorance. They fixed the problem on the family computer quickly. I highly recommend this place.
