I called and talked to Bill, I don't have a Mac but I needed information on an Excel Class. He no longer was offering that but a few days later he called me to tell me he found a place where classes were available. I have found this is the exception to the norm, if there's no money in it for them you are treated like you are wasting their time. Not the case with this company and Bill, one of the owners.
