This gym is amazing! Clean and many options for classes and fitness! I recently switched from anytime fitness even tho its right next door to me because the MAC is better :)
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the company's policies and their response to my concerns. I recently reached out to them regarding the possibility of waiving the 30-day cancellation notice, but I received an email from VP of sales stating that they would not be adjusting their policies. As a long-standing member, I expected more flexibility and understanding from the company.
