I’ve been stuck in a nightmare with M Jewelers since June. Their so-called “FINAL SALE” policy is misleading and deliberately hidden — it does not show anywhere obvious on their website, not in the cart, and not even on the invoice. Do not order from this place, they take your order and money but never send you the product. I placed an order on February 3, 2025 and it is now May 13, 2025 and yet I still haven't received my necklace that I paid $1400 for. I emailed them numerous times and each time an automated response says someone will get back to me. I ordered two things I January. After 3 months I messaged customer service and got a delayed response saying my order would eventually come. A month later one piece came, the second piece never came despite multiple emails to customer service with no response. I’ll also say, the quality was extremely subpar compared to other brands. Thin and flimsy.
