I received my package on sunday... bella cornicello with chain- 18kt yellow gold filled.... however, the necklace was poorly dipped and two toned/ discolored. This was meant to be a gift and I am extremely disappointed. I have reached out to customer care in regards to my order as well as requested to upgrade to a longer chain (and pay for this of course) but yet to receive a response. DO NOT BUY. SCAMMERS. I ordered something in January, and was sent it a month later. Moreover, the necklace was faulty. They promised a new necklace would be sent out in a weeks time. 3 months later, no necklace and no response despite countless emails asking for updates on my order. PLEASE avoid for your own sake, and spread the word.
