Wow what a great place and in an amazing location close to basically anything you need they are built nicely with great amenities. Stayed here using stay alfred and wasnt disappointed also met one of the maintenance men from another building who told me to check this place out for short stays his name was ben he is a nice guy who knows alot about his buildings. He spoke highly of his company and the team that oversees the m and he didnt disappoint with his tips thank you

Great location and straightforward check in. The apartment was lovely! Fully functioning kitchen, walk in closet, washer and dryer! The fold out couch was a good size and comfortable for what it was. Everything was fairly clean, however, there some cleaning supplies left out in the bathroom. One downside was that I was not notified that I would not be provided with a second fob since it was being repaired. This was an issue since there were 3 of us staying in the apartment. To have an extra would have been helpful.

Great facilities (i.e. roof terrace and gym, easy access to the shopping mall). Compared to other hotels in downtown Spokane, we felt it was worth the pay. We had an issue with the key but the person who was in charge there (Connie) was very helpful. The appartment was well kept too. The only critical drawback though, was finding a safe parking, we had our car's back glass broken for an attempt of theft on the first night at the nearby ABM public parking!

Bed was filled with tons of hairs because the sheets were not washed
