I called for questions regarding getting a quote for my business. The lady was super nice and said that everyone who dealt with commercial accounts was busy (totally understandable!) Therefore, she could not answer my questions as she did not do the commercial accounts. However, she said I was not able to speak to anyone (would not even have them call me back) until I emailed them a copy of all details of my current policies. Red flag!
Corey and the Lynchburg Insurance Group are amazing to work with! In all of my interactions with him, Corey has responded quickly and graciously as he answers my many questions. I never feel like he is trying scam me in any way or push coverage that I don't need. He seems extremely honest and even when I don't choose to go with a product he has quoted, he remains professional in his responses. I would highly, highly recommend anyone looking for insurance in the Lynchburg area to contact Corey.
