I am so delighted to have found Saiya. I felt like I've known her forever. She is so professional, down to earth and amazing. She even trims natural hair!!! My hair has not felt so good for years. I keep touching it because it feels so good and the products has my hair smelling delicious. Yes, I said delicious. I am excited to see how my hair will be changed for the better in a year. I plan to go every 3 weeks, that's how happy I am. This has been a journey but worth it to find her.
I think the prices are ridiculously high. I mean how can a simple silk press with a cut be $245, with ridiculous charges like $20, extra for an evening appointments. Anyways I did knew she was pricy but what really upset me is the automatic tips, and somehow the customer is suppose to do homework to read the policy around that. I don’t mind paying for my services,and to be honest there is nothing spectacular about a silk press for it to be this costly.
