This is no longer a brand shop and I wasted my time
I made an appt the day after Christmas. I immediately received an email wanting to reschedule due to short staff after I had placed a 50.00 deposit which is MANDATORY. After I placed the deposit and was made aware that my appointment had to be rescheduled I asked for the deposit back due them rescheduling. It's close to the new year and I haven't received the 50.00 deposit. Please take heed to the negative reviews. If I don't receive the my money back I will be filing a police report for fraud.
Do not book with them , they never answered the phone but sent me a message telling me they have no openings mind you I booked days in advance, paid my deposit my appointment was confirmed , payment was successful I showed her , that I had books days ago and paid , she said “ no I just got your appointment today” I showed her proof that she got my appointment on the 17th and she still cancled my appointment. Asked if the owner could reach out because it was very unprofessional
