If I could give zero stars I would. Arrived at 5:45 for my 6am appt, and nobody was here. I tried calling and sent a message to their Instagram nothing. One thing I can’t stand is a business that doesn’t value the time of the people who want to patronize them.
No called no showed my appointment
I would not recommend Luxe Experience based on my recent experience. Their phone number is never answered, and calls are not returned. At best, you may get a message back on Instagram, but there is no real follow-through. I had a confirmed appointment for 6:00 AM this morning. No one was there when I arrived, and no one responded to my calls. It wasn’t until 7:00 AM that I received a reply on Instagram, telling me they would “try” to squeeze me in—but that never happened. I took my 7 year old in to get goddess knotless and the experience was beautiful. We were offered snacks as we waited a few minutes. She got in the chair and before I can complete my Christmas shopping she was done. She loves her hair. Only one person medium knotless goddess and my daughter was done in about 4 hrs or less. Highly recommend. UPDATE: I don’t deny perfection but I booked again to only be told 20 mins before my appointment that they would have to cancel due to lack of braiders. I booked invisible locs through their website on a Monday to be done on Saturday morning at 6:00 am. I received a text message on Thursday to confirm my appointment at 6:09 am which I did. Friday night at 9:41 PM I received a text message saying they no longer do that hair style… again my appointment is for 6:00 am the next morning and I have already brought the hair.
