My Experience Was Disappointing I had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. First, I was required to pay a non-refundable $850 deposit before receiving the full contract. Once I received the contract, I found there were additional unexpected charges — including a $250 refundable deposit and mandatory security fees. The security provided was unprofessional. Great event space for a small party of 130 ppl or less. Nice bar area and space for DJ.
The people that was suppose to come for a tour didn’t even show up , discernment kicked in and checked the comments and reviews yeaaa…I knew something was up. I wanna thank the people with the heads up and real reviews and warnings. You wanna support black business but most of them need to do better . When maintenance had to be the one to let us in the place didn’t even look up to the part that’s as displayed . We canceled the tour and definitely won’t be rescheduling. My fiancé and I will go elsewhere .
