The people that was suppose to come for a tour didn’t even show up , discernment kicked in and checked the comments and reviews yeaaa…I knew something was up. I wanna thank the people with the heads up and real reviews and warnings. You wanna support black business but most of them need to do better . When maintenance had to be the one to let us in the place didn’t even look up to the part that’s as displayed . We canceled the tour and definitely won’t be rescheduling. My fiancé and I will go elsewhere .
I’m writing this review to share my disappointment with the handling of my $250 security deposit, which was fully withheld after my event. Despite thoroughly cleaning and mopping the venue after our event (with the clear intention of leaving the space in great condition to have the deposit returned), I was informed it was being kept entirely. I was there for a repass. The venue is modern, spacious for it's purpose and very clean. The catering was okay.
